Myself and Deliberation Room would like to request the ability to use videos as the loading screen especially when joining multiplayer dedicated servers since they tend to have a long wait period for users to join the session.

Steps To Reproduce
the same way we are able to put .paa for the file of a load screen, we can use .ogv files as well or provide another method to apply or view videos while the load screen is on

if this is already possible, could you provide a script that makes it easier to do this on a server?
