We have tested this on our end but we are unable to produce the issue.
Did you load the files correctly from github?
And can you possibly provide us your mission files?

Its the 1.24 Files when deleting the folder and hitting "verify integrity"

Are the items actually there? Or does the modded map you are showing in the screenshot possibly have an issue?

All i had was Admin tools starting the vanilla files and that what i noticed when scanning the platecarrier
