My friends and I have had a fun few days sneaking pills/food into each-others mouths. But now the fun is gone and the risk remains. You shouldn't be able to feed someone by stealth and players shouldn't silently accept other players feeding them without notification or consent.

Steps To Reproduce
Sneak up on someone. Feed them whatever you like. Note they (presumably) chew and swallow anything you can sneak into their mouth. Talk to the player you just fed, did they even notice you filling their body with foreign objects? Probably not.
Additional Information
Food/medicine should have to be accepted by the recipient. The only way to force-feed a player should be to restrain them first.
