Hello kawalec.
According to the QA it's not the leaves. You are hitting his armor. You need a lot of shots to kill Soviet into their chest body armor. The leaves have nothing to do with that.
The only thing that could be currently raised as a feedback/balance issue is that the armor is too strong.
