Outside of the new "land_mil_barracks5_basement" building at Bashnya there's a humvee wreck, right below that humvee wreck loot can spawn under the map and isn't accessible.

We cannot seem to be able to reproduce the issue on our end - the spawn points seem to be configured correctly.
