Another enhancement for the injury system would be for a 'broken bones' variable. This should cause major incapacitation if in the legs and inability to hold weapons if in the arms, and require treatment with a splint plus bandages.
Currently the only injuries sustained in game are bleeding/blood loss and unconciousness.
More variety of injuries would enhance the role of a well trained medic.
