Description

USA repair truck behaves like it has hit an object every 5 to 10 seconds when driving on road. This bug must have only been introduced in a recent "stable" patch as I don't recall this occurring on Experimental at all.

This bug occurs on low ping or high ping servers and does not appear to be at all related to lag issues, etc.

The bug makes it impossible for the USA side to drive a repair truck more than about 1km, as the vehicle comes to a complete stop every 5 - 10 seconds.

All other USA trucks and the USSR repair truck seem fine.
