Description

Humvees can't go over bumps, happens to both M998 and M1025

Trying to overcome the bump at speed can result in either a very weird jump, or a front flip, trying to slowly step over the bump results in the front wheels getting stuck and being unable to advance at all, as if there was a wall right in front

Spawn a humvee, any variant
Try to go over a bump of any sort that is not purely terrain, like a street curb, the planks of a wooden bridge, etc
Give gas
