Remote players are randomly getting stuck in leaning

Description

Remote players often get stuck in lean state for unknown reason, this been happening for several years now. Remote players randomly do not reset their lean state after they stop leaning resulting in them sprinting while leaning or appear hidden because of lean when they're actually exposed affecting both visual and gameplay.

Sadly there is no repro but this happens all the time on live servers.

Here is a clip of this bug in action, player appears to be leaning right and kills seemingly through the wall, while in fact they aren't leaning on their client:
