Description

Hi, some of the players on the server encountered the following error 0x0004003F (creation of the existing character failed).
The problem appeared a week after the update on 11/14/2023 before connecting to the server, the previously created character is also not displayed.

Hello Nawlgaator.
This could be caused by several things.
Can you try to:

  • put the server in vanilla state (no addons, no custom modifications)
  • if the issue persists you can send over logs + server config files

Also does this occur only on this particular server? As it could just be an issue with the server setup.

The problem occurs only on this server, everything is fine on vanilla. However, the technical administrator of the server claims that the problem is on your side
