seems there is an issue with grenades, sometimes as a grenade enjoyer its frustrating when you're fighting in-game and you are trying to throw multiple grenade's at once, it's very likely that one will get stuck in your hand after pulling the pin and the only good and fast way to fix it is to respawn.
