When building from the construction truck, one can build a command tent and Antenna outside of any base radius.

One might reasonably assume this would add a new base icon to the map and extend the team's radio network, however, this functionality is not yet implemented.

So players should not be permitted to build a command post & antenna outside of an existing base, as it only wastes supplies.

Additionally, the description for the Encampment built from construction truck states it allows players to spawn from it; in Conflict, it does not.
