(Game Master Mode) Unable to hear players on proximity chat from camera viewpoint

Description

While flying with the Game Master camera the Game Master is not able to hear the players on proximity, nor speak to them from the camera viewpoint. This is rather inconvenient as the GM cannot hear what are the players plans or simply take in their fun. The GM also cannot speak on proximity in the viewpoint of the camera which would greatly increase the ease of speaking as an AI without having to assume control of the AI.

It would also be pretty cool to be able to switch the "proximity chat source" from the last assumed character to camera at will, tho that's not that important.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Assume Game Master role.
  2. Have a player speak on proximity chat
  3. Fly into the range of the players proximity chat.
  4. Players proximity chat is not audiable, unable to speak to the player from camera viewpoint.
Additional Information

Using ACRE I even used to disable the plugin with sub 10 players to be able to hear all of them at once. Such functionality would also be pretty useful, although as well not of great importance.
