[Experimental] Disabling 'Global Supply Usage' does not work.

Description

When trying to test the new arsenal boxes, I turned off global supply usage which says it removes the need for resources to withdraw gear, however whilst running this on a local GM server, it seems to have no effect. I still cannot withdraw supplies.

  1. Load local Game Master on Everon or Arland.
  2. Place US Arsenal crate and a player.
  3. Disable 'Global Supply Usage' in the object properties.
  4. Load in and try withdraw equipment.
