On the experimental branch, the sound of a cooking stove (Gas Canister + Camp Stove + Cooking Pot) remains on after cooking is finished and stove is turned off. Just the sound of the gas releasing remains, not the cooking sounds.

- Assemble gas stove using gas canister, cooking pot, camp stove
- In this instance, fill with water (as pot was retrieved from fishing)
- add items to cook, in this case 4 carp fillets
- Turn on stove
- once items are cooked, turn off stove.
at this point, the sound of the gas releasing from the stove remained on. I wasnt able to get it to go away by turning it on/off again, by deattaching the gas canister, etc. Relogged and resolved issue.
Have only experienced the issue in the current 1.23 experimental.
Event Timeline
I've also experienced this bug in experimental. Baked some pumpkin (no water in cooking pot) and when I was finished I turned the gas stove off butt the sound remained. Also relogged and the sound was gone.
The issue doesn't always occur as I've been cooking before in this patch and not had this issue.
Edit: I thought this was a 1.26 ticket... Wrong ticket but the issue remains.
1.26 Stable :
10th year anniversary of this bug. The problem has been reported already 10 years ago. It's just that since the last update, the cooking pot has never been used so much. That's why there are so many similar reports now...
