A car sound is played when you join a server and a car is nearby.

This bug has been around for a long time.
People who log in nearby immediately know that there is a car nearby even when they cannot see it. This makes it harder to hide a car from others.

That's always been that way. Any object with a door will animate when you join.

It's a little annoying, and can mess with you when you see a door open/close down the road when you logged thinking the town was empty.
