[Bug report: Reforger] Vehicle hazard lights stop flashing after a few minutes

Description

If you park a truck and leave it with the hazard lights turned on, after 5 minutes they stop flashing (becoming permanetly lit)

I know - trivial, but it's always bugged me :-)

Steps To Reproduce

Park a truck and turn on the hazard lights. Exit and observe. After a while the lights stop flashing.
