So I wanted to bring up this for a while.

Since armour has been added, for some reason now you can unload a magazine into someones face at 2 feet and no rounds affect them. I did this on two US soldiers today, and they both lived through 15 rounds each into their face and body armour.

This has been consistent since armour was added in the game, I have noticed it myself that the face has gotten increased armour even in exposed area's of the face, when you get shot in the face by 5 rounds of AK 5.45... you don't have a face anymore. I won't pull up pictures to demonstrate since they are NFSW and gory.
