I reproduced this in singleplayer with a AI I took control through Zeus on the latest EXP 0.9.9.83
And I can repro this with all throwable grenades

  1. take any grenade
  2. prepare to throw
  3. look camera max down
  4. throw it

result → grenade exlosion will under surface(terrain/world)

Cannot repro if character moving when throwing grenade

I was able to reproduce this on stable build 62 as well
