Yea I’d say it’s a pretty big issue when you and I both have essentially stopped playing for now. It happened to many others so I’m guessing it’s widespread.

I am also experiencing this issue on Xbox Server LA 4386

Wonder how many people this affected. Players on PS on east coast confirmed they had it too! Gotta be one of the worst glitches especially if you were locked inside your base or a specific place.

I carnt believe were the only 2 ppl that have mention all the characters in the world being reset to a new location on the map I see this as a big issue compared to the sound not working or the guy makes the wrong action when he sits down surly they have upset alot of ppl in the world with this character mess up why ain't ppl moaning :(

I had an email off um today saying they know about it and are working on it now what that's means nobody know so I'm still not logging in till I get confirmation but I carnt see it getting fixed now unless they can only reset ppls position from be4 this happened other wise now it's bin so long they would be resetting and moving ppl that have been playing since then so I think we're stuck with it at least u guys can blow your way back in mines unraidable so just upsets me everytime I look at it :( cheers dayz 3 months down the pan :(

Yea it does unfortunately! I still have not played because I just get this erroneous server change message. Spent days gathering loot and building very fortified base only for this to happen. Needed adjustment for DDOS mitigation has taken place which sadly caused the unpleasant relocation issues. If you need your character moved, please send us the server you have played at and the in game nicknames.

I haven't logged into any of these characters since this issue has occurred so as long as the change server dialog doesn't come up I should be back to where I was before.

If possible to have them spawn where they were on server LA 4332 it would be really appreciated. I haven’t played on them in the hopes they can be located where they were originally as I did not change server.

Log on to the account u want him to do and there is the game version number in the bottom left and a long number in brackets that's the Id he is after I believe :) it diff for each account

We have tried to move the characters - please check. However, we are not 100% sure if the prolonged countdown will not move you again.

Just to clarify - You need to connect and spawn with all chars you want to relocate back to your bases. Only after that we can relocate them.

So u need me to log in and move all the characters that I wanted logged back in to my base for you to move them back ? Am I getting that right ?
