Description

Articles on DayZ.com website have missing Open Graph protocol metadata. I sent it to your producer in 2020 and then in 2021, but nothing happened.

This is how posts/links to DayZ.com looks on Facebook without Open Graph protocol metadata, no image, no title and no description.

After all, in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, there is no difference in the versions. They all look exactly the same.

The current DayZ web application is implemented as a Single Page Application (SPA), which primarily relies on client-side rendering. Due to this setup, dynamically generating OG (Open Graph) meta fields in real-time isn't feasible. For dynamic OG meta field generation, the application would need to run in server-side rendering mode.

We do have plans for upcoming improvements that will address this, including a more comprehensive approach to page rendering and metadata management.

It doesn't really matter how it all works, if I can do it, then you can too. Nothing happened in all those 5 years.
If you release an update every two months, someone still has to write this page, I don't see a problem with that.

I've sent you everything on how to do it, that's all.
