I've never seen this before the latest update. This is a 1.21 issue. Every time I'm logging into a server, the moment I press "play" on the home screen ( to re-join the same server I've previously played ) the character T-poses. Doesn't matter which server or what latency it is. It always happens. And it kind of looks goofy...
