They do react i always say PSST in the mic to get their attention and they react.

Could be part of a work around to reduce their ESP on players.

I hate sneaking behind things and zeds homing in without line of sight.

Being able to draw a large group of zeds away from an area with a few quick Psst Psst Psst here kitty zed over here... voip calls without full agro makes stealth movements so rewarding.

Hello everyone.
We have tested this thoroughly but we could not find any issue. Infected always reacted to the microphone sounds. Do you experience this on specific servers by any chance?
