The radio currently always transmit when turned on, everything that the player is saying through ingame voice chat.

This force people to take their radio in their hands to switch them on or off if they want to speak ingame without transmitting, the tediousness of that probably contribute to player using third party voice tools over radios, even on servers that tries to encourage radio usage.

Having a simple hotkey to push-to-transmit/toggle transmission with radio (plus a little noise or icon so user knows) would really improve the flow and match RL radio usage as well.
