And yes, the infected area. An area where the living can survive in full chemical protection gear. Where depressing ambient parts and "heavy air". And the birds are singing. Isn't it strange?
At least add bird corpses (in static infected areas) to make the song sound like a hallucination and be even scarier.

However, we have been unable to produce the issue with infected walking through closed door.
Is there some kind of specific info we are possibly missing in order to produce the issue?
