When a vote to kick a player is started, a message appears on screen telling players to hold P to vote.
Holding P doesn't provide any feedback, so it's unclear if the vote has gone through.

It's unclear what, if anything, holding P does when multiple votes are active.

Many players are completely unaware how to vote through the ". . ." button on the player list.
Those that are aware tend not to use feature, because it takes ages to vote on names in a list up to 128 players long.
