Only SL can use radio backpack to spawn teammates
And Squad members only spawn at their SQ

And SL hear only SL at the radio backpack

It organizes people

In second iteration maybe add functionality to send SQ rights to squad member
He/she take radio backpack and squad can respawn and send rights to old SL
