[Feature Request] Allow Backpacks & NVGs to be visible in both passenger & FFV seats

Description

Currently have driver, commander, gunner and passenger config options for NVGs, none for backpacks and none at all for FFV. Config option for vehicles (showBackpackDriver = 1;) and so on would be nice.

Adding showNVGTurrets could be useful too, there is only showNVGGunner right now.
