Happened to me today, cross a bridge with smoke ahead. Then my mobile HQ flipped because i drive on the smoke grenade itself that was laying on the road.

I'll try, but it's not gonna be easy. The only thing i remember was coming from morton and heading to levie through the main road at "full speed"
There was a smoke grenade after the bridge 500m away from Morton, and the truck i was driving flipped when i enter the smoke. I exited the truck and went there on foot and all there was on the ground was the smoke grenade.
