When you turn suddenly your view, you can see the LoD changing from "ultra ultra low to higher", sometimes you even see the interior of a building because the walls have not been loaded yet. Like all the stuff inside a house because house has temporary "no wall". It happens too when you use binocular or any weapon zooming and getting out of zoom. The buildings around you have to "reload" properly with temporarily no wall.
(i use an SSD, even if the CPU/GPU are a bit older 6700K/GTX 1080)

Can be seen on some buildings, it is most obvious near the end of the video. Where a house is "wallless" during enough times to see the stuff inside (i never tested if it would render other player moving inside though !)

I also saw it tonight inside a BTR as a gunner (probably related to the zoom of the gun)

My example:
I think problem with occluder and render order
As you can see in my video, windows and doors have high priority to render instead of walls
And for some reason, objects that the camera does not see at all are drawn, for example, the contents of the room
This should unnecessarily load the system, as far as I know
