You could try using -nocharmenu launch parameter in order to load into the server.
We also suggest that you try to uninstall/unsubscribe all your mods, then verify the game data and re-download the mods again.

In such case this seems like there might be a problem with the character on the server and you will have to contact the server admin in order to delete the character.

We found another way out. When loading, when a character appears in the game for a couple of seconds, the administrator kills him. Thanks
