Female Suit Jackets doesn't have damaged/badly damaged/ruined textures both for "on ground" and equipped models.
Malle Suit Jackets doesn't have damaged/badly damaged/ruined textures only for "on ground" model, equipped model seems to be okay.
(P.S. about screenshots: black suit jacket is female in ruined condition, olive suit jacket is male in badly damaged condition)

there is no badly damaged texture, only pristine/worn (same texture), damaged/badly damaged (same texture), ruined

There are two issues, one is missing textures of conditions and another is darken texture. T169546 + T170662
