I have disabled Extended Map Content in the game difficulty options, but the game is still showing me friendly drones of my faction in the UAV Terminal map and on the map.

Steps To Reproduce
Make sure you have UAV Terminal. Put a drone online somewhere on the map, then disable FRIENDLY in Extended Map Content in the game difficulty options then open map or UAV terminal.
Additional Information
It's more realistic to have the option to disable those icons even for the friendly factions. Please check the current Ukraine-Russian War, there can be friendly fire at friendly drones. It's also nontrivial to create multiple sides than 4 main default sides in ArmA 3 so in some game mods like Exile mod, all players are considered hostile to each other even if they are in the same faction (green faction), but it destroys gameplay if I see other drones inside my faction. It would be great to have the option to disable it.
