The „normal“ DayZ-Link from Desktop (created by Steam / Steamapp…). Nothing special I guess.

makes no difference, even direct start DayZ_x64.exe is the same

Besides the executable, the other thing that comes to mind that there is some sort of problem between your internal resolution (in windows) and the ingame resolution not being translated correctly.
Is your in game resolution the same as your native screen resolution?

yes, Windows + Game is set to 1440p (native of monitor)
