I meet a problem when I was building my home, I noticed that the boxes and wooden walls coincide but when I dismantle the wooden walls, the box disappeared together. Can you help me find my boxes? I want to get my boxes back very much coz there are many guns and bullets.

We do not reimburse any items lost due to in game bugs or lost to other players. Can you please explain the problem in greater detail so we can take a look and possibly fix this if this is non intended behaviour?

My teammates and I want to build a base，we built several wooden boxes, overlapped them, and then built a wall to protect these wooden boxes. But the wooden wall and the box overlap, which can not completely block the wooden box. So we removed the wooden wall, and the wooden box disappeared after the removal of the wooden wall

Hello qiyonghan.
Do you know if this server has basebuilding limits disabled? As on official/vanilla setup, you are unable to clip basebuilding walls into each other. If the server does have the limits disabled to allow various basebuilding items to clip into each other, then that is at their own risk and we are not responsible for any issues that stem from disabling this.
It would be ideal though, if you had a video of the occurrence so we can rule out any problems on our end.
