Description

This is a minor issue, though I've noticed it more this week sitting in long Qs waiting to load into a server.

FPS during the Q and loading screen reaches 1200fps on RTX3070

This quickly raises my GPU load to 99% and temp rises 20C

Maybe set and FPS cap of 60 during the load screen to not pre-heat the GPU?

Exactly the same behavior with my RTX2080Ti, 99% of load while in loading screen.

@Geez It would be great to fix this by fps limit if player is in queue.
