After detaching the 4x20 carry handle scope, it's not possible to reattach it again directly via inventory or weapon inspection. you may pull the scope onto your weapon, it does make an "attach" sound, but nothing happens. Only way to reattach is to throw the weapon onto the ground open the weapon's inventory to pull the scope into it
