Hud Info provides you basic info about the distance, which is quite useless if there is some vertical difference as well. If you want to compute with vertical interval you need the range table.
A user on reddit just posted the same bug.

make a line where you have the 1k mark, measure further, next mark etc... why make it casual?

don't see a reason to do it. You've got map Tools to measure the distance between 2 points

Conclusio
Most Turrets are defect, since you can't access their inventory therefore not reload them (m2 hmmv, m2 nest/tripod, pkm nest/tripod), M2 Turret on M151A1 seems to work as intended (you can also access the turret inventory)
Got some more Details on this:
I second that, basically i can make day out of the night with my nvidia control panel. In a competitive gamplay like conflict, this is a no go
Hi, I‘m not sure this problem occurs in every game environment. As far as I‘m aware, this happens on mp servers with conflict (at least the pbs server :D)

After 9.6 release, i realised, that models and textures seem to stream in delayed for like half a second. This happens especially in crowded areas (main bases in conflict e.g.) or cities. Never checked, r/w of my ssd, but going to check it next time i experience this problem.
