While working on Workbench and working with layouts, if I open multiple layouts in different tabs, it'll sometimes refuse to save the layouts I'm working on (attempting both ctrl+s and using the save option at the top) until another layout is opened in that same tab and then you go back to the original one you were working on and save it. But with this "solution", it deletes all work since the previous save, causing you to have to redo it all.

Steps To Reproduce
1.) Open any two or more layouts in separate tabs in Workbench and do some work.
2.) Switch between the tabs a couple to few times.
3.) Go back to first tab and try to save (it will continue to have the layout boldened in the resource browser and not save).
4.) Switch to any other layout in the resource browser, then switch back to the original layout.
5.) It will now let you save, but all progress since last save has been lost.
