[Feature request] Wristwatch face and hands should be luminous so it can be read at night
Reviewed, NormalPublic

Description

The watch face cannot be easily seen or read at night, without using an external light source of some kind, but luminous watches were very common in this era, permanently lit with luminous paint on the face and hands (usually tritium paint).
The compass in game is lit at night, using the same technology.
