Bugs report of vehicle
Bugs:
1.M1025's engine hood can not open. Have no idea how to repair.
2.Drive M1025 is very easy piston scraping to damage engine, espicially when going downhill.
3.Can not take off wheels from any vehicle.
4.Engine run too fast will also damage carframe. Why? It doesn't make any sense.
5.When you start a vehicle from static, engine light will high probability blinking ,and both damage engine and carframe... (Need to switch N back and forth, and push accelerator at the same time to fix it. Otherwise the car won't start.)
6.Can not repair carframe. You just had to watch the car break down sooner or later.

3 I also had the same problem with several vehicles, maybe with this change it may have given some conflicts with other mods (I'm imagining you're talking about a modified server)

I only play vanilla server, and my teamates also met the same things.
So yes, I'm pretty sure these are game issues.

They are aware. You shoud read changelog more observantly. Half of the issues you posted are in there. Hood is unopenable because there are no engine textures (hopefully temporary). There's also no textures behind the wheels (on M1025).
