Description

Hello!

I was wondering if it may be more appropriate if we were able to paint different LootSpawnAvoidance values onto the map using the CE tool, as opposed to making it a global setting.

For instance, you may want a more aggressive setting at an isolated military base than you would in a coastal residential area.

There are probably multiple ways to make this happen - painting it into the binary map is just one suggestion. Thanks for reading!
