But you're missing a wheel on the front.
Further testing I would have moved a wheel to the front.
Though you're in an ADA which is 4 wheel drive, it should at least drag or move slowly forward.
Did you try reverse? less drag in that direction with the rear wheels.

In 1.19 the cars are actually connected to the ground and no longer floating..

If the vehicle couldn't move in reverse I'm guessing this could be similar to the Humvee bug where you have to turn it off and on a few times switch gears back n forth to get it to engage.

I was here about 20 minutes ago today.
after the update, nothing has changed except that the wheels started spinning
