1.19 Experimental Heat Pack Bug - Drinking a Heat Pack

Description

(I was on an official server) When lying on the ground I tried to activate a heat pack and it did the water bottle animation and I started drinking it. I have never seen this before and it seems to be a bug.

Activate a heat pack

Additional Information

I already had my water and drink going up from eating when I activated the heatpack

The only drinkable container I had was a canteen full of water (I had not recently used it) and it was on my belt

Thanks for the hard work. Next time I drink a heat pack I want a heat buff though. ;)

Now we have the sound and animation for powering on the handheld transceiver, when activating the heat pack.
Should I open a new bug report for this? @Geez
