Experimental tools "Cannot create game"

Experimental Game and Experimental tools was downloaded (game firstly then tools, game was opened before going to tools) Tools reinstall doesnt help.
May be problem appears if addon have assets that arent from vanilla game.
Game version: 0.9.6.38

Open Experimental Arma Tools (workbench)
Open addon that has dependencies (100%), or random (i personally have that problem on addon BetterHitsEffects (doesnt have deps), but for example BetterMuzzleFlashes works. May be problem appears if addon have assets that arent from vanilla game.
