If you relog, crash or the server restarts while in the Livonia bunker the darkness effect will be removed. Reaching different "darkness triggers" does not give the player the proper darkness effect either after this happens.

I experience this yesterday. logged in the bunker since I got stuck in the puzzle...
upon logging back in it was bright as day.
The lighting corrected when I went back to the entrance. I assume this is where the bunker lighting effect is triggered for the player.
Also, this is on my personal server.
If there are any server logs I can attach let me know which ones they are.
