Noticed when I spawned in a deforested area of livonia that I had no footstep sounds until I stepped onto a different surface texture, then after walking on the deforested texture it sounded the same as the footsteps i had once I walked onto the grass. This indicates that the new deforested surface does not have any soundsets for footsteps assigned.

Steps To Reproduce
Initiate the client standing on the deforested stick texture by relog or spawn, permitting its the initial play for the client. Since the character has not yet stood on another surface to assign the client a footstep soundset to use, the only footstep sounds will be of the players body, not the ground.
