Bleeding during driving 1.19 Experimental

Description

I noticed, that I suddenly started bleeding while driving, this did not result in blood loss, it showed between 1 and 11 cuts, but fluctuated constantly - also the blood drip animation sometimes did stop, even though it showed 10 cuts.
I did not crash the vehicle, happened during normal driving.

I did get some mention from my Players, that when you hold your breath and ADS, you can start bleeding too

Are you running any mods? As we are aware that such issues can occur on modded servers due to issues with the mods.

No Mods, just Vanilla - Mods are not really supported in Exp anyway

It could be caused by the Gamelabs, can you try to disable it first?
