I snuck up behind an infected with a steak knife to perform a stealth attack. I stood up and started the attack. Suddenly I was thrown high into the air and I came down about 25 meters or so away and took some health damage. I'm guessing I must have clipped my model into the infected as I did the attack?

Steps To Reproduce
Get very close to an infected behind them, crouched.
Stand up, perform stealth attack.
I'm not sure how well this reproduces, I only encountered it once out of maybe 5 stealth attacks.
