Hello, i'm not able to reproduce the issue, this is what Virtual Arsenal looks like on Retail A3 for me.
Could you send us your most recent .rpt so we can look into it a bit deeper?
It looks like there might be a issue with your GPU, can you check if there are updates?

All drivers are up to date, i'll get the .rpt next time i'm at my computer

There is a issue specifically with Intel graphics devices, we have a fix prepared that will go out in profiling branch v2 in a few hours: https://forums.bohemia.net/forums/topic/160288-arma-3-stable-server-210-performance-binary-feedback/

Update has substantially improved the strobing effect for thermals on my UHD 630 machine! Just played earlier today and the improvements were noted. I typically use the ENVG-II optics as well as the Nightstalker rifle scope in game. The rapid strobing effect has ceased - there's still a flashing that looks like lightning flashing, or perhaps a camera flash at a sporting event, but the thermals behind it are stable and consistent, so it's still an improvement several times over what I was experiencing before, which made the thermals useless to me. Now I can consistently use them, and just ignore the flashing.

The flashing is mostly experienced whenever I zoom in using either the ENVG-II in 3rd person perspective, or zoom in using the Nightstalker scope. It's typically a white flash across the screen in either. I also experienced the flashing while using an AT static turret when I pulled away from the 12:00 target, and looked down or left or right at extreme angles (like the peripherals for the AT turret) - in those cases the flashing was black, like the screen turns off for just a quick instant. But like with the other optics, the AT turret's thermals are consistent and stable behind the flashing, and therefore is useful for me in-game. Before, the strobing was so rapid and intense, that it was hard focusing on the little strobing shape of the intended target to fire on it, in a sea of all that disco neon strobing around it, which made the thermal option useless to me.

Thanks for your help in this matter!!
